ABOUT THE PIECE
'Water', originally created in 2016 as part of a Cirque Du Soleil charity show (One Night for One Drop), and re-created as a larger piece in 2020, features Russian Contortionist and Aerialist Maria Sarach. The painting is meant to capture the inseparable relationship between human life and our most precious resource, water.
Oil on canvas, Original 20" x 60" (Sold in 2020 to a private collector). This is the first in a 4 piece series by the artist focusing on the Elements.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Benjamin Lerman is a Las Vegas based painter and former professional Circus Artist. His works focus on the human form and its interconnectedness with our world. His portraits have been featured in notable venues and galleries on and off the Las Vegas strip. Including Planet Hollywood, Miracle Mile Shops, Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas, Tivoli Village, and the Forum Shops at Ceasars Palace.
